The Role

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. From crafting engaging posts to analysing performance metrics, you’ll be the driving force behind our social media strategy, building meaningful connections with audiences and amplifying our brand across platforms.

What You'll Do

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. • Create compelling and on-brand content, including copy, graphics, videos, and interactive posts.
Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting schedules and timely campaign execution.
• Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions, building a strong online community.
• Analyse performance metrics and create reports to assess the success of campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Contribute to projects that grow in scope and impact over time.

Who You Are

You’re a social media enthusiast with a passion for connecting with audiences and creating content that stands out. With a mix of creativity, strategy, and data-driven thinking, you thrive in the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
• Experience managing social media accounts, with a portfolio of successful campaigns. • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic or video editing.
• Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting social media metrics and using insights to drive improvement.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and tools like Facebook Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and strategies to increase organic reach.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
