Podcast Co-Host

Location: London Remote
Engagement Type: Paid, Part-Time, Long-Term

We didn’t start this journey to play it safe. C•LAB was born out of frustration—frustration with the ordinary, with outdated norms, and with the lack of connection in a city as dynamic as London, UK. In a place brimming with creative potential, we saw too much gatekeeping and too few opportunities for true collaboration. So, we decided to change that.

Our vision is simple yet radical: to build a space where creativity thrives beyond financial motives—a space where collaboration is driven by passion, curiosity, and the freedom to fail boldly. What began as a defiant spark has grown into a movement, fueled by the belief that the best ideas are born when people dare to challenge the rules, embrace the unconventional, and create something truly revolutionary.

The Role

Love film and TV? Got opinions for days and the charm to back them up? We’re looking for a Podcast Co-Host to join our team and bring big energy, hot takes, and engaging conversations to the mic. You’ll dive into the world of movies, TV shows, and pop culture, making sure every episode is packed with laughs, insight, and the occasional debate. If you’re a natural storyteller with a passion for entertainment, we need you!

What You'll Do

• Co-host a film and TV podcast, keeping conversations lively, fun, and insightful. • Share your takes on the latest releases, hidden gems, and all-time classics.
• Collaborate with your co-host(s) to develop episode themes, discussion points, and creative angles.
• Research industry news, trends, and pop culture to stay ahead of the game.
• Engage in thoughtful, dynamic debates that entertain and inform the audience.
• Inject your personality and style into the show while staying true to the brand's voice.

Who You Are

You’re a natural conversationalist with a love for storytelling and a passion for making meaningful connections.
• Confident and charismatic on the mic with a unique voice and personality. • Passionate about film, TV, and pop culture with a broad knowledge of genres and industry trends.
• Comfortable improvising and rolling with the flow while staying organised and prepared.
• Passionate about podcasts, storytelling, and connecting with audiences.
• Familiar with podcasting tools and basic editing software (bonus if you’ve worked with platforms like Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:
• Experience hosting a podcast or other on-air work.
• A strong network or ability to source interesting guests.
FWIW, these aren't hard and fast rules. If you think you can do the job, give it a shot!
