Team Assistant, Creative

Location: London Remote
Engagement Type: Paid, Part-Time, Long-Term

We didn’t start this journey to play it safe. C•LAB was born out of frustration—frustration with the ordinary, with outdated norms, and with the lack of connection in a city as dynamic as London, UK. In a place brimming with creative potential, we saw too much gatekeeping and too few opportunities for true collaboration. So, we decided to change that.

Our vision is simple yet radical: to build a space where creativity thrives beyond financial motives—a space where collaboration is driven by passion, curiosity, and the freedom to fail boldly. What began as a defiant spark has grown into a movement, fueled by the belief that the best ideas are born when people dare to challenge the rules, embrace the unconventional, and create something truly revolutionary.

The Role

Do you thrive in fast-paced creative environments? We’re looking for a Team Assistant to support our dynamic creative team in bringing projects to life. From managing schedules and coordinating resources to keeping creative workflows on track, you’ll be the linchpin that helps ideas transform into extraordinary results.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the creative team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and tracking project timelines. • Assist with coordinating resources for creative projects, such as booking freelancers, sourcing materials, or organising logistics.
• Help organise and maintain project files, ensuring all assets are easily accessible.
• Support with research, brainstorming, and preparing presentations.
• Act as a point of contact for team inquiries, fostering clear and efficient communication.
• Monitor and report on project progress, helping the team stay on track and meet deadlines.

Who You Are

You’re a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who thrives on helping creative teams succeed. With strong multitasking skills and a proactive mindset, you’re always a step ahead in anticipating the team’s needs.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a creative or media-related environment. • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficient in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:
• Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Experience coordinating with freelancers or external vendors.
FWIW, these aren't hard and fast rules. If you think you can do the job, give it a shot!
